I agree with you: “every body is different” and also I believe each one must be? his own scientist and researcher. But anyway I want to know What to you think about cautions related with sciatica? particularly about broken vertebral disc. I want to continue doing yoga in the more normal possible way, but sometimes the pain (or maybe just the fear to the pain) limits me. Sorry for my English, and thanks a lot for your teaching and wisdom.

I love you Tara but Deepak is not a serious scientist. He? can’t even argue with one without making a fool of himself.

Tara, I hear you talk about meditation a lot but you never talk about Zen-that feeling of oneness and perfection that people? usually get in life or death situations where all doubts and fears disappear. Why not?

@misssmarty3 A real scientist doesn’t grasp what is being said? In their own field which chopra has no experience in? Umm ok.
Evolution has nothing to do with the opening? of the mind or stretching or the universe…its about what organism works best in a particular time and place. Those qualities are passed to the next generation.
You immediately started with the ‘ you don’t have an open mind’ but. It seems that YOU have no idea what science is, what deepak claims or even what evolution is.

@papasitoman i appreciate your comment and I have seen a lot of comments similar to yours out there However, I must say that often when the scientists insist that Deepak is wrong about something I find that they do not fully grasp the extent of? what is being said. A little opening of the mind goes along way and that is where yoga comes in. Opening of the body is followed with the opening of the mind and this is followed with the expansion of the universe or in other words evolution….

yay? yay yay online schooling!! I have been dying for a teacher like you! i have just started teaching yoga this year and it has taken me to a whole new level with my practice! I totally have a question that is too funny but so real….How the heck to you always keep your shirt from going over your head in yoga videos!! every time I teach in a t-shirt it strangles me lol!!!!!

Yoga is an ancient practice and incorporates all the mind as well? as body part of it. Chakras and mudras shouldn’t be looked at with discouragement, we must try to open up all windows and doors before we start to shut them!

Tara, I really like your channel but to claim that Deepak Chopra is an authority? on science is just plain wrong. He gets pwned all the time by real scientists. This isn’t an opinion or my point of view. Just google his name or check on youtube how wrong he is. Yoga, meditation, stretching has nothing to do with the universe.
