he Knobble II is the newly designed cousin of the all-wood classic favorite of therapists and self care enthusiasts. Still about the size of a standard doorknob, it is made of durable polymer. This thing is awful. For one….it’s tiny. You look at it and think, “I paid [...] bucks for this?” What’s worse, it is incredibly uncomfortable. I thought this would be an easy way to stave of knots in my back between massages, but I would recommend continue looking. Don’t bother with this.

Easy to bruise with this because it’s so hard, but it does work if careful with it. It would be better if softer, (like rubber), not hard plastic.

This totally saves the hands and my family (especially my wife as she doesn’t have to use her hands) loves it! It allows her to put enough pressure on my trigger points. Great value.

I sit in consultations all day long and am prone to back spasms which are debilitating. I decided to try this little gadget as simple as it seemed. I can only say that this piece of hard plastic has changed all those issues. First, like everyone has said, it is easy to hold and the point of the plastic gets right into a muscle that is tight. Once you apply pressure you can feel how many other areas are affected by a muscle that is locked up. Eventually said muscle begins to relax which, for me, means that the spasms do not take place. I guess you can say it is used as a preventative measure.
I’ve also used this on my husband’s sore shoulder after his golf game and he loves it. Not to mention using it watching TV or upon awakening if the muscles are stiff.
For the price I would urge you to try it, not much to lose and lots to gain.

This little tool has turned out to be a great purchase. Very affordable and functional. My boyfriend’s thumbs no longer hurt from having to push on my knots in my back!
